Anonymous May 12, 2012 11:03 PM

Following are the details of the No. of applications I intend to make please check .... If I am correct on the number of applications

Members Of the Family. Single Applications to schemes

1. Myself 273,287 and 288

3. My son 273,287 and 288

Total 3 members total 9 applications & no member applies in the same scheme more than once .

Ganesh Punjabi May 13, 2012 11:36 AM

Your wife and yourself, income should form one categeory of application and should proof the total income as per the categeory applied. Your son's income forms the 2nd income categeory and should prove individually his income for the categeory. i meant to say you can club income of husband and wife if u want to apply individually. Son's application would be based on only his income if without any joint applicant.

12.1 Whether rental or on ownership basis * : Ownership

12.2 In whose name the tenancy or ownership stands : Myself (I will mention my name.)

The present accomodation if in mumbai and you or your spouse are the owner than you will not be eligible to apply in mumbai. If you have no intention of staying in the MHADA accomodamotion you will not be allowed to buy as MHADA takes the undertaking that you would be residing in the flat you win by lottery.25 years of stay would come with proof of domicile. Multiple application in other scheme is ok.

Sir ,

I live in Pune And I am planning to apply only from an investment prospective in the HIG category .... There are three questions

1) Which are the best schemes under the HIG category (More value for Money from Investors point of View) assuming you have a better idea of the prevalent rates in Powai and Borivalli and their difference with the quoted Mhada rates.

2) What are the resrictions from investors point of view .ie. Can we give it on rent......... Can we sell it ..... After How much time are we allowed to sell the flat.

3) Also how is the construction quality of Mhada .

Reply

Replies Ganesh Punjabi May 12, 2012 10:16 PM

You have to provide a undertaking to mhada what u would be residing in the bought premises. You can't sell/rent it for minimum 5 years as of now and no other person other the person applying can stay in the flat.MHADA also take the photograph of the family that would be residing the alloted flats. All flats sold by MHADA are at discounted price as speicified earlier, as it is scheme of the government to provide the homes to the needy.

The MHADA clause says that minimum of 15 years should be available for domicile and 20 years of stay in maharashtra. You have to prove that u have been staying in maharashtra for 15+ years. Probably for other documents please try contacting MHADA helpdesk.

Replies Ganesh Punjabi May 14, 2012 11:41 PM

You would be drawing some salary previous to this job. if no form 16 you can furnish income tax returns to prove your income. Also your application is based on the total average income between 1/4/2011 to 31/3/2012. For this year you can provide your payslips and last year the form 16 for 8-9 months.

Dear Ganesh,

On the salary calculation front, i'm still confused as the Mhada information booklet says that HRA + travel allowance + Other Conveyance will not be in calculation. can u elaborate in detail the components that need to be taken into account while calculating the income group.

Reply

Replies Ganesh Punjabi May 15, 2012 9:33 AM

HRA is excluded if it is part of the payslip or included in the CTC by the company. Travel and conveyenance, laundry charges, if paid seperately by the company should not be counted as income.

The applicant need to be available here for documentation and also furnish the domicile certificate that he has been living in Maharashtra for 15+ years. This would fulfill your eligibility

I hv applied for MIG. I want to know that what will be total buying cost of Flat at Pratiksha Nagar?

Reply

Replies Ganesh Punjabi May 15, 2012 11:02 PM

The cost in the document is actual cost of the flat, addition to that around 50k would be required as some advance maintenence charges by MHADA for the flats allocated.

Reply

VINODKUMAR May 15, 2012 1:05 PM

My Income is 25000 p.m (Gross). According to your location list from website for MIG Group Values for the flat is more than 24 lacs. How can I apply. The amount is out of my capacity. Can I apply in LIG - Mira Road(Konkan)?

Reply

Replies Ganesh Punjabi May 15, 2012 11:07 PM

For income of 25k you would be eligible for MIG only. If your gross income contains the HRA or travel allowance you can reduce it. If by reducing all that your income goes below 20k, than only you would be eligible for applying in LIG otherwise not.

Hi Ganesh,

You are doing great job. Kudos.

My mother earns Rs 25,000 pm and father earns Rs 50,000 pm.

I have filled one form under my mother's name as total income stands in HIG as well separate form for father under HIG?

Is it valid? I haven't made payment yet. Please advice.

Replies Ganesh Punjabi May 16, 2012 12:11 AM

Hope none of you own a house in your name if you are single.

If you are married your mom and dad should not be owning a house in either of their names.

You would be eligible in this case with the above conditions.

Sandeep May 16, 2012 12:18 AM

Thanks for reply Ganesh.

My mom and dad dont own house in Mumbai but in Kalyan.

My question was can they apply two separate forms under General Public category, 273 Powai under HIG sceme as separate individuals?

Or their total income will be considered as one entity under total family income ans so they cant apply separately?

Ganesh Punjabi May 16, 2012 9:01 AM

They can apply in 2 different application individually with the total family income.

A. Customers can contact the 'Technical Customer Support' number for any issues/help with the tablets. You’ll find these numbers in the device packaging after you receive it. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, the customers can take it to our partner customer service center locations, located all over India. Detailed information on the location of these centers will be made public very soon on our website.

A. Accessories are being finalized.  A device cover, keyboard, headphones and a car charger will be offered for sale from our website very soon.
